Refund Policy

1. Overview
MemePixel subscriptions are managed inside our Discord server and billed through LemonSqueezy. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
2. Subscription Billing
All plans (Pixel Pass and Pixel Pro) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each billing cycle until you cancel.

3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by using the /subscribe command inside our Discord server. Upon cancellation:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- No partial-month or partial-year refunds are issued for the remaining unused period.
4. When Refunds Are Available
We offer refunds in the following specific situations:
- Duplicate charge: If you were billed more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
- Charge after cancellation: If you were charged after a confirmed cancellation, we will refund that charge.
- Extended service outage: If the MemePixel bot is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to an issue on our end, subscribers affected during that period may request a pro-rated credit or refund.
- Accidental double subscription: If you accidentally subscribed to the wrong tier and contact us within 48 hours of the charge, we will review your case and may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
5. When Refunds Are Not Available
- Monthly quota that has already been used (partially or fully consumed generations).
- Change of mind after the billing date, unless within the 48-hour accidental purchase window above.
- Accounts suspended for violations of our Terms of Service.
- Annual plans after more than 30 days have elapsed since the billing date.
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality — generation results vary by design and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations.
6. Failed Generations
If a generation attempt fails and the bot returns an error instead of a GIF, that attempt is not counted against your quota. You do not need to request a refund for failed generations — the credit is automatically preserved.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of the charge:

Please include your Discord user ID and the approximate date of the charge. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
8. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions may be refunded in full within 30 days of the initial purchase, provided less than one month's quota has been consumed. After 30 days, annual plans follow the same no-refund policy as monthly plans for the remaining period.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be announced in our Discord server. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
